Serving suggestions
Soak a portion size of your own choosing for at least 6 hours* in milk or a milk alternative. A combination of half milk and half apple juice makes a delicious alternative.
When in the bowl the liquid should just cover the dry ingredients.
Take out of the fridge to reach room temperature before eating.
Try topping with stewed fruits and creme fraiche.
